Party On!

This is a card for my brother-in-law who is "getting on" in his years LOL! I used the old fishing guy image called "Grandpa" by Rubbernecker and added some freehand cut cool sunglasses ("shades") to make him cool and stamped "Party On" in the corner. I colored him with Copics and on the Inside it says "It's never too late to be a Rock Star."
