Anniversary Gift

Hi All,

This is a small wall hanging I made as an anniversary gift for my sister and her hubby.

I first cut a coaster down to size -- just eyeballed it, then covered it with DP (by Me '&' My Big Ideas) and then I stamped it with the sentiment by Rubberstampede (which means I must have gotten it from Michael's!).

I painted a plastic refrigerator magnet clip that I got from the Dollar Store (4 for a dollar) with white acrylic paint and glued it to my covered clip board using E600 glue.  I covered the clip itself up a little more with more of the DP, then proceeded to glue on flowers, bling, ribbon and other embellishments I found in my craft room!

I added a chain of charms to the bottom from behind (they came on the chain and I just used a couple of nail-head brads to hold them onto the back).  Then covered the back up and it was pretty much done!

This ended up being pretty easy, I think because it was mostly a lot of glueing and it was such a small-sized pallet that it was easy to work with.

TFL, I'm so glad you stopped by!
