Over the years they have expanded their product mix to include all kinds of  crafting products from many suppliers and manufacturers."  Woodware USA stamps are made of fine photo-polymer quality material that can’t be beat.

I'm am very excited to be a part of this creative company and the Woodware Design Team!!

Now...on with the show!

BLOG HOP RULES!

Visit each new team members’ blogs and leave them some love on their maiden voyage!!   Each stamp artist will have a letter of the alphabet for you to "collect" that will culminate in spelling out a very special word.

Visit each blog in order, making sure you begin with Dawn’s blog and end at the Woodware USA company blog!  Hoppers collecting all 8 letters in order and completing the Blog Hop will then have a chance to win stamp sets and prizes from Woodware USA!  As a bonus, become a Blog Follower, and you will get an extra entry to win the prize pack!!

BACK TO SCHOOL KIT!

For today's blog hop, I am featuring Woodware's "School Tots" stamp set.  This set includes school-themed embellishment images to use with your designs!  I love that these kiddos are in school uniforms and have a fun little back pack, books, crayons and such!

All the images on my project are stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink and colored with Copics.  The DP is "Josie" by Elsie Papers.

For my back to school kit, I first created the carrier using two Sizzix Bigs Box 2 die cuts.  (To see details how to make these, see my post on Double Handled Boxes here.)  I adhered the two together and decorated the sides with the little boy image and several of the embellishment images.

This is the reverse side of the kit.  The little stack of books is another image from the same set, and it's wrapped with hemp twine!  I also added a dark blue mini binder clip with a ribbon knotted at the end for more decor!  I filled it up with the little composition book on one site (shown below) and a little mini office-supplies kit on the other side ($1.00 find from Michael's).  You can put in snacks, gift cards, notes, any kind of fun little surprises or gifts for for your special back-to-school tot!!

I altered a mini Composition book by randomly stamping the embellishment images from the set and spelling out "Darren" (my grand-nephew's name!) with chipboard letters from Momenta.

I created a little bookmark using a red paperclip, scalloped circle punches, and the apple image from the set.

This fits perfectly inside the pocket of this carrier!

I just loved making this back-to-school kit with my Woodware stampset!  The images are so easy to color and create with!!  I hope I've inspired you to give them a try!

Thanks so much for joining me on this special blog hop!!  And your reward for getting through my post today is my letter!!  Woooo hoooo!!  Happy dance!!   ;)
My letter is O And your next stop on the hop is Harriet!! (AllyCat Cards).
Here is the order of the Blog Hop if you came by without the benefit of starting at the beginning. Just keep going through the list in the following order:
Anne  (that's me!  You are HERE!)

Hope you have a fantastic day!!  I'm so glad you stopped by!
